Project Recipe
Using the watercolor pencils, lightly color 3 shades across the watercolor paper. Leave some space along all the edges.
Take an aqua brush and blend the pencil colors with water. Use just enough water to mover the color around, if it's too wet the colors will be very dilute.
Fold your thick white card stock base in half, creasing with a bone folder.
Once your watercolor paper is dry, stamp an image and sentiment on the front using black Staz-On ink.
Mount the watercolor panel to the card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Embellish the card front using clear raindrop and circle epoxy stickers.
Decorate your envelope and don't forget to sign the back of your card!
