Measurements:
Basic Black card base: 4 1/4" x 11", scored and folded at 5 1/2"
Melon Mambo layer: 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"-need two
It's My Party DSP front layer: 4" x 5 1/4"
Whisper White inside layer: 4" x 5 1/4"
Basic Black for oval: 3 1/4" x 4 1/4"
Whisper White for oval: 3" x 4"
Whisper White, Melon Mambo, Mint Macaron, Crushed Curry, Dazzling Diamonds Glimmmer: scraps to stamp/punch
It's My Party Designer Paper to line envelop: 3" x 6"
NOTE: Always put the Stampin' Pierce mat under your card stock when stamping with Photopolymer stamps to achieve a well-stamped image.
Stamp Melon Mambo balloon "shadow" stamp on end of Melon Mambo scrap as shown.
Punch as shown with larger balloon punch.
Stamp smaller balloon with Daffodil Delight ink. Stamp over with smaller "shadow" stamp. Punch with smaller of balloon punches as shown.
Stamp Mint Macaron stars on Mint Macaron scrap. Punch with larger balloon punch.
Punch Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer scrap with balloon punch from Party Punch Pack.
Adhere Melon Mambo layers inside and outside of card with SNAIL.
Add Its My Party DSP to card front with SNAIL.
Cut black and white with Ovals Collection Framelits.
Adhere larger black oval to center of card front with SNAIL.
Stamp white oval with balloon strings using black ink.
Stamp bow on center of strings with Melon Mambo ink.
Adhere stamped white oval to black oval with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Add punched balloons over tops of strings with dimensionals.
Add shimmer to Mint Macaron and Daffodil Delight balloons with Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
Add a rhinestone basic jewel to center of bow using a Paper-Piercing Tool.
Punch Crushed Curry and Melon Mambo scrap with Washi Label Punch.
Stamp "Happy Birthday" with black ink on white scrap. Punch with Washi Label.
Layer Crushed Curry and Melon Mambo labels behind white stamped label with SNAIL.
Adhere to lower card front with dimensionals.
Emboss inside white layer with Confetti Textured Impressions folder.
Stamp "let us celebrate" and "eat cake" with black ink in center smooth oval area.
Adhere layer inside card with SNAIL.
Punch Mint Macaron scrap and Melon Mambo scrap with balloon punch from Party Punch Pack.
Adhere balloons above and beside sentiments with SNAIL.
Cut 3” x 6” of DSP with largest Envelope Liner Thinlet. Adhere inside envelope just below the glue line using a line of SNAIL ONLY along the top edge of the liner. Fold envelope flap down to crease the liner and push it farther down into the envelope. Stamp the envelope to match your card and you are done!
