T he April Paper Pumpkin kit includes some wonderful “cool” cards. The kit coordinates with the Ice Cream Corner paper pack. This card uses a card piece from the April kit and paper from the paper pack.
Project Recipe
Card Base: Cut Blackberry Bliss 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Blackberry Bliss paper 1 ¾ X 5 ¼ , Cut paper from Ice Cream Corner paper 1 ½ X 5 ¼. Attach print paper to Blackberry Bliss paper. Attach this piece to the left side of the white card mat.
Cut the creamsicle bar out from the card front. Cut 12” of bakers twine included in the kit. Tie a knot around the top of the creamsicle stick. Attach the creamsicle to the right side of the card front with dimensionals included in the kit. Add Wink of Stella to water spots on the creamsicle.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, use the back of the creamsicle card. Stamp a sentiment before attaching this piece inside your card.
