I just could not decide on one card so you will have some options here. The "you have been on my mind" idea came from Brian King. The die ink up was learned at convention in Nov. I hope you enjoy it.
Project Recipe
Fold your Basic Gray CS in half and add the Curry pieces to the front and the inside.
Basic gray 8 1/2 x 5 1/2
Crushed Curry 5 1/4 x 4
You have a white piece that you can stamp and die cut any of the images in the set, make the card your own. I used the car because my dad likes cars, but you can use any of the images, or none of them and just use the gears.
You have one die cut gear already cut for you, you can use this how it is or emboss it or save for another project. To emboss it ink with Versamark, sprinkle ONE color of Embossing powder. Then heat it. Reapply Versamark and repeat with each color ONE AT A TIME until you like the look. The embossed image is here.
To get the look on the car card, you will first press the die into the Basic Gray ink pad then cut out.
You may use any piece of DSP you want. Mine is 3 3/4 wide and then as tall as you need it. On the gear one, I cut it on the diagonal.
You finish your card layer all of your elements onto the front and attach. You can use dimensionals where you wish.
