T
his adorably simple card uses the Rhino image from the Animal Outing Stamp Set and some of our Stampin' Blends.
I also used this set to demonstrate the Stamparatus! My class ladies loved that they could re-stamp the image easily if they didn't get a great image the first time... AND they could stamp the sentiment at the same time!
Project Recipe
Place Shimmery Cardstock Piece in the Stamparatus where the corner is marked. Use the magnet on the top right corner to hold the cardstock in place. Ink up both of the stamps on the plate in Memento Black Ink. Flip the plate over to stamp; press on the stamps for a few second so all the ink leaves the stamps. If you did not get a good image, simply re-ink and stamp again BEFORE YOU REMOVE YOUR CARDSTOCK
Color Rhino and Bird as desired with the Stampin Blends. I start with the darkest color and then go over with the lighter shade for more subtle blending/shading. Use color lifter where you want your ink lighter.
Use glue or snail to attach the stamped layer to the black cardstock, and then attach to the card base
Tie Black ribbon across top with a knotted bow. Trim bow tails to desired length
Brush Wink of Stella over bird and rhino’s tusk if desired and add Sequins.
