T he rich textures in the In Good Taste designer series paper pack make creating quick cards a snap!
Project Recipe
Cardstock measurements in inches:
Basic Gray: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 folded in half to create the card base
In Good Taste designer series paper: 4 x 5-1/4
Whisper White: scrap for greeting; 4 x5-1/4 for inside
Using Shaded Spruce ink, ink up the leafy image from the Tasteful Touches stamp set and stamp on the designer series paper as shown.
On a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock, stamp the flower image in Tuxedo Black Memento ink. Using Stampin' Blends (I used Rococo Rose light and dark blends) color in the flower, then cut out.
Ink up the greeting in Basic Gray ink, stamp on Whisper White cardstock and cut out using a die from the Tasteful Labels Dies and your die cutting machine.
Wrap a piece of Glitter Organdy Ribbon and a piece of 1/2" Gathered Ribbon in Rococo Rose around the designer series paper as shown, securing them on the backside with a strong adhesive like Tear Tape.
Adhere the designer series paper layer onto the Basic Gray card base.
Position the greeting to the right side of the card and adhere with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Position the flower to the left of the greeting as shown and adhere with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Finally, add a few silver metallic pearls on the label.
