W hen you cut your pretty papers into 3" x 4" pieces, you can get 12 cards out of one sheet of pretty paper! I encourage you not to be afraid of cutting into that stack of pretty paper! Think of all of the love you could spread if you make and send 12 cards! Give it try with what you have. Here is my card I made using a 3" X 4" piece of Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper and the Winter Snow Embossing Folder.
Project Recipe
1. Cardstock measurements (in inches):
Whisper White: 5-1/2 x 6-1/2 scored at 4-1/4
Whisper White scrap for greeting
Pacific Point: 3-1/4 x 4-1/4
Snowflake Splendor Paper: 3 x 4
2. Fold Whisper White cardstock on score line to create your card base.
3. Place the shorter flap on the card base in the Winter Snow Embossing Folder and run through your die cutting machine.
4. Adhere the Snowflake Splendor Paper on the Pacific Point layer.
Put adhesive on the back of the LEFT side of this layer and adhere to the card front as shown.
NOTE: Be sure you do not put adhesive all over the back of this layer or you will adhere the card closed!
5. Ink up your greeting from the Snowflake Wishes Stamp Set in Pacific Point ink and stamp on a scrap of Whisper White cardstock.
Cut out greeting using the appropriate size circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies using your die cutting machine.
Adhere to the card front as shown using Stampin' Dimensionals.
6. Finish the card off by adding a few Blue Adhesive Backed Gems to the card front.
I hope you like this card and that I've inspired you to make some cards of your own! You can use any pretty papers and this layout to make cards like this one for any occasion that you need!
